INGREDIENTS
2 cups All- purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp plain Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon vinegar
3-4 spoon of granulated sugar
Milk as required – (Room Temperature)
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, Greek yogurt, vinegar, granulated sugar, vanilla essence and give it a whisk
Now slowly add milk little by little till everything is mixed well and the consistency is not too thick and not too runny
Also, rest the batter for a few mins before pouring on to the pan
Heat the non-stick pan and grease it with butter and wipe of excess with paper towel
Pour batter by 1/4 cup onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown
I personally love some berries, Nutella, fresh whipped cream along with maple syrup .. you can off course use all your fav's
TIPS:
To avoid a bad pancake, it is best to first season your skillet or griddle by heating it over medium heat. Then, carefully grease the cooking surface with oil or butter, wiping off any excess with a paper towel. You can also try making a test pancake with a small spoonful of batter to gauge whether your pan is the right temperature
Do not over mix the batter, just fold the batter until everything is mixed well. This is very important as this will make it fluffy
