Eggless Fourth Of July Vanilla Cupcakes !!!

Happy Fourth !!! I thought of baking some cupcakes for friends and family with a dreamy cream frosting! ❤️💙 I promise, it’s a family favorite. It comes together in about 30-45 mins.


Sprinkle your favorite sprinklers and relish them !!




INGREDIENTS:

  • Flour - 140gms

  • Baking powder -½ tsp

  • Baking soda - ½ tsp

  • Butter - 120 gms

  • Milkmaid - 200 gms

  • Vanilla essence -1 tsp

  • Milk - 70ml

  • Vinegar -1tsp



Frosting:

  • Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Vanilla essence - ½ tsp

  • Granulated sugar - 4-5 tsp

  • Red color -1 tbsp

  • Blue color - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 356° F or 180°C

  • Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder,together and keep aside.

  • Add vinegar to the milk and keep aside.

  • Cream butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence together till light and fluffy.

  • Fold in the flour mixture and the milk alternatively to get dropping consistency.

  • Add more color 1 tsp at a time

  • Pour the batter in a lined cupcake tin and bake for 20-25 mins (Full Size Cupcakes) or till the skewer comes out clean.


Frosting method:

  • Beat butter and gradually add icing sugar and essence till a stiff consistency.

  • Take white frosting 3 separate bowls

  • Add the color to the whipped cream and along as required.
