Usal Pav is a traditional Maharashtrian snack recipe where white dried peas are cooked with spicy masala and are served with soft pav. It’s a great dish for breakfast and brunch and is healthy as well. Here is how to make it at home.
Usually, this dish is served with onions and chillies, but here we have made a Jain version of Usal Pav. Also, for people who don't eat ginger you can eliminate that and use dried ginger powder or soothe.
