My love for Indo-Chinese never ends ... so I tried my hand at GOBI MANCHURIAN !!!! We all love the restaurant-style Indo-Chinese BUT, Me I love the street Chinese when I am in India.

INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower
¾ Cup Maida / All-purpose flour
2 Cup Corn Starch
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 green chili
1 green bell pepper
2 tsp tomato ketchup
¼ cup coriander
1 tsp vinegar
Garlic
Ginger
Celery
Spring onion
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1: Take the cauliflower florets and soak it in water
STEP 2: In a bowl add maida, corn starch, red chilli powder, and salt. Add little water to make a thick paste (It should not be runny)
STEP 3: Add the florets in the dry ingredients and make sure everything is coated evenly
STEP 4: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the well-coated cauliflower till golden brown and lay then in a kitchen towel
STEP 5: In a bowl add 2 tsp of corn starch along with water and make a runny slurry
STEP 6: Heat the oil in another pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilies along with bell peppers and saute it well
STEP 7: Add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chilli sauce, and mix it well. Pour the cornstarch slurry to the pan and mix all ingredients well and let it cook for a 2 mins
STEP:8 Add celery and fried cauliflower florets to the sauce. Add salt if needed and garnish it with spring onions and coriander leaves
